We wish to advise that you are responsible for your own travel insurance /medical insurance while you are here. You take part in this tour at your own risk. You will be pilot in command of the aircraft and will assume all the normal responsibilities that are incumbent upon the pilot. We reserve the right to alter arrangements as necessary to allow for weather and other circumstances. The arrangements for the tour as specified represent a complete package of arrangements and an itemisation of costs will not be rendered. The price for the tour will be adjusted at the conclusion for the actual number of hours flown. Flyinn Tours Ltd. shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however and by whomsoever caused and whatever kind occurring of or to the pilot or their guest(s) at any time. Bookings are only accepted on these conditions and responsibilities as outlined above. For damage to the aircraft your maximum liability is limited to the insurance excess of NZ$2500. This reduces to zero where the damage is caused by factors or circumstances outside your control. Prices and itinerary are subject to changes which we may deem necessary. In particular the fuel price situation is volatile and we may have to make an extra charge if fuel increases during our season. The price may vary with exchange rate fluctuations. We require that all payments to us be made by the pilot, or pilots, undertaking the tour, and we will invoice accordingly.

Cancellatio Policy:
We suggest you consider taking travel insurance to cover yourself for any losses incurred due to unforseen cancellations due to medical, or other unexpected situations.

In the case of cancellations we reserve the right to charge the following fees;
Cancellation 6 to 12 months prior to departure – forfeit of 10% deposit
Cancellation 3 to 6 months prior to departure – a further 25%
Cancellation within 3 months prior to departure – a further 25%
